Overview

Three separate research vials: BPC-157 and TB-500, studied in animal tissue-repair research, and ipamorelin, a growth hormone secretagogue. The catalog states no rationale; one rat cell study found BPC-157 increased growth hormone receptor expression in tendon cells, a cell-culture finding that links the two research areas. Despite the name, it is not the catalog's Wolverine blend (one BPC-157/TB-500 vial, offered in the Repair+ Bundle).

What the research shows

BPC-157 is studied mostly in rats, largely by one Croatian group, for tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injury; human data are a few tiny, uncontrolled reports. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4, whose parent protein supports cell migration and blood-vessel growth in animals; FDA found no human studies of TB-500 itself. Ipamorelin's one sizable human trial, in bowel surgery, missed its goal. No study has tested these three together, or any pair of them.

Safety findings

Each component raises a theoretical cancer concern in the same direction (blood-vessel growth, cell migration and growth hormone stimulation); these are inferences, not observed human harms. Ipamorelin's surgical trial reported more high blood sugar and low potassium than placebo, and BPC-157 shifted clotting tests and raised liver enzymes in 28-day rat and dog studies. FDA flags immune-reaction risk for all three research-grade peptides, and its adverse-event review includes skin and gum darkening linked to a BPC-157/TB-500 blend.

Regulatory status

None of the three is approved in any country. BPC-157 and TB-500 left FDA's Category 2 list in April 2026 and received favorable advisory votes (8–6–1 each) in July 2026, but no final rule followed, so neither is compoundable; FDA advisers voted 0–12–1 against compounding ipamorelin in October 2024, which remains on the 503B Category 2 list. All three are prohibited at all times by WADA.

Catalog notes

Current certificates exist for all kit strengths: BPC-157 5 mg (COA7609), TB-500 10 mg (COA7595) and ipamorelin 5 mg (COA7600). The Ironclad Bundle contains all three of these vials plus a CJC/Ipamorelin blend. Follow the storage stated on the label and certificate.
