Pinealon is a Russian 'bioregulator' peptide from Khavinson's institute, here dissolved in liquid in a 10 mL metered spray bottle.

How it works

See the Pinealon vial entry: proposed antioxidant and gene-regulation effects from cell and rodent work. Whether a nasal spray delivers it to the brain is assumed by vendors, not shown for this peptide.

What the research shows

Human reports on pinealon come almost entirely from the developers, describe oral administration, and give no checkable design. Animal and cell studies (rat hypoxia and prenatal stress, Alzheimer's-model mice, cultured neurons) did not use a nasal route. A 2024 cell study found EDR protected neurons derived from elderly donors' skin cells.

Safety findings

No published safety data by any route, and FDA has not reviewed pinealon. A multi-dose liquid with no disclosed preservative risks microbial growth after opening, and excipients are unknown.

Not FDA-approved and not on any FDA compounding list, so there is no pathway to lawful compounding. Not named on the 2026 WADA List; probably falls under S0.
