Peptide BlendsTISSUE REPAIR & VASCULAR
Evidence grade D
BPC-157 / TB-500 FRAG
The combination has never been studied, so it is graded D. On their own, BPC-157 is graded C and TB-500 D.
- Strengths
- 50 mg / 50 mg, 100 mg / 100 mg
- Contains
- BPC-157, TB-500 (Ac-LKKTETQ)
- Molecule
- Blend of two peptides, 1:1 by mass (about 1:1.6 by molecules)
- Mol. weight
- BPC-157 1419.55 g/mol; TB-500 889.02 g/mol
Origin
A large research vial mixing equal weights of BPC-157 and TB-500, two lab-made peptides studied mainly in animals for tissue repair. The 'FRAG' TB-500 is the same 7-amino-acid molecule as the catalog's TB-500.
How it works
The pairing combines two separate lines of animal tissue-repair research: BPC-157's effects on blood-vessel growth and nitric oxide, and TB-500's actin binding, studied in cell migration. Because the ratio is fixed, neither peptide can be studied or varied on its own.
What the research shows
No human study has tested the two together, and no animal study of the combination was identified. The closest is a retrospective knee-pain report of four patients who received BPC-157 with full-length thymosin beta-4, a different molecule from TB-500. BPC-157 alone has a few small, uncontrolled human reports; TB-500 has none. The pairing reflects community practice rather than a studied combination.
Key studies
- FDA PCAC Briefing Document, BPC-157, 2026 Lists an adverse-event report of skin and gum darkening linked to a BPC-157/TB-500 blend.
Safety findings
An FDA adverse-event report describes skin and gum darkening that recurred on re-exposure to a research BPC-157/TB-500 blend; it can't be pinned on either peptide. Both components promote blood-vessel growth or cell migration in animals, and BPC-157 shifted clotting tests and liver enzymes in animal toxicity studies. FDA's immune-reaction warning for research-grade peptides applies to both.
Regulatory status
No approved product contains either peptide. Both were removed from FDA's Category 2 list in April 2026, and in July 2026 FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8–6–1 for each to recommend 503A bulks listing; the votes are advisory, FDA had issued no final rule as of October 2026, and they concern pharmacy compounding for patients, not research-grade material. WADA prohibits both at all times (BPC-157 under S0, TB-500 under S2).
Catalog notes
Available as 50/50 mg and 100/100 mg. No certificate or product-specific SDS is published yet, and excipients, salt form and net peptide content are not listed. The Wolverine blend is the same pairing in a smaller fill.
