Peptide BlendsSKIN & PIGMENTATION
Evidence grade D
KLOW
The combination has never been studied, so it is graded D. On their own, GHK-Cu is graded C (cosmetic research) / D (other), BPC-157 C, TB-500 D and KPV D.
- Strengths
- 50 / 10 / 10 / 10 mg (80 mg total)
- Also known as
- KPV + GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 blend
- Contains
- GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, KPV
- Molecule
- Blend of four peptides, 5:1:1:1 by mass (which component is 50 mg is not clearly stated)
Origin
The GLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500) plus KPV, an α-MSH fragment studied in mouse gut-inflammation models. 'KLOW' is a community stack name.
How it works
It combines GHK-Cu (copper-binding skin and wound peptide), two animal-studied tissue-repair peptides, and KPV, an α-MSH fragment studied in inflammation research. The fixed ratio means no component can be varied or tested alone. Whether copper redistributes or catalyzes breakdown in solution is unknown.
What the research shows
No study in people has tested this mix; apart from tiny BPC-157 reports and topical GHK-Cu studies, no component has human data. KPV's animal benefits came from oral or colon-targeted delivery, so whether other routes reach the gut cells involved is unknown. GHK-Cu's main degradation pathway in stress testing was oxidation. No published study of GHK-Cu mixed with BPC-157, TB-500 or KPV was found.
Key studies
- Mortazavi et al., BioImpacts 2025 Oxidation was GHK-Cu's main degradation pathway in stress testing.
- FDA PCAC Briefing Document, BPC-157, 2026 Adverse-event report of recurring pigmentation from a two-peptide BPC-157/TB-500 blend.
Safety findings
Non-topical GHK-Cu products have been linked in clinic reports to raised liver enzymes and copper levels, a particular concern in copper-handling disorders such as Wilson disease. In mice, the transporter KPV uses (PepT1) promoted colitis-associated tumors. A reaction can't be assigned to any one of four peptides.
Regulatory status
No component is an approved drug. In July 2026 FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8–6–1 for each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV to recommend 503A bulks listing; the votes are advisory, FDA had issued no final rule as of October 2026, and they concern pharmacy compounding for patients, not research-grade material. Injectable GHK-Cu has no pathway. WADA prohibits BPC-157 (S0) and TB-500 (S2) at all times; GHK-Cu and KPV are not named but are likely S0.
Catalog notes
Offered as 50/10/10/10 mg of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV (80 mg total). Current lot KLOW80-0713 has a certificate (COA7577, August 17, 2026): 99.81% combined purity, endotoxin <0.05 EU/mL and heavy metals <0.01 ppm, with no sterility result listed; follow the storage stated on the label and certificate. Check the lot's certificate for which component is the 50 mg one and for exact molecular weights (reference sources list 889 g/mol for TB-500).
