Overview

Three vials: the KLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in one vial), an extra 5 mg BPC-157 vial and an extra 100 mg GHK-Cu vial, so GHK-Cu and BPC-157 each appear twice. The components span skin and wound research, animal tissue-repair research and inflammation research. It holds the same four peptides as the Glow Bundle, with KPV in the blend and extra BPC-157 added.

What the research shows

GHK-Cu's human evidence is small, mostly industry-run skin-cream studies; other forms have no human data. BPC-157 research is mostly rat tendon, ligament, gut and wound models; TB-500 has no human data on the fragment; KPV calmed colitis in mice, mostly given by mouth or in colon-targeted particles. No study pairs any of these peptides, and no study has examined GHK-Cu's stability when mixed with the other three.

Safety findings

Copper load comes from two GHK-Cu sources, and a clinician reported raised liver enzymes and copper levels in some people who used GHK-Cu outside studies. BPC-157 raised liver enzymes and shifted a clotting test in 28-day animal studies, and the components stack a theoretical cancer concern, including a mouse finding that KPV's gut transporter promoted colitis-linked tumors. FDA flags immune-reaction risk for the research-grade peptides.

Regulatory status

No component is an approved drug or lawfully compoundable as an injectable. GHK-Cu is legal only as a cosmetic ingredient; BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV received favorable advisory votes (8–6–1 each) from FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee in July 2026, but no final rule has followed. BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited at all times by WADA, KPV is likely S0, and GHK-Cu is a gray area.

Catalog notes

BPC-157 5 mg (COA7609) and GHK-Cu 100 mg (COA7578) have current certificates, and the KLOW blend has COA7577 (lot KLOW80-0713, 99.81% combined; no sterility result listed). Check the KLOW certificate for which component is the 50 mg one, which puts the kit's GHK-Cu total at 150 mg or 110 mg; reference sources list 889 g/mol for TB-500. The blend has a fixed 5:1:1:1 ratio, and the powder is blue from the copper.
