Peptide BlendsTISSUE REPAIR & VASCULAR
Evidence grade D

Wolverine

The combination has never been studied, so it is graded D. On their own, BPC-157 is graded C and TB-500 D.

Strengths
10 mg / 10 mg
Also known as
BPC-157 / TB-500 blend
Contains
BPC-157, TB-500
Molecule
Blend of two peptides, 1:1 by mass (about 1:1.6 by molecules)
Mol. weight
BPC-157 1419.55 g/mol; TB-500 889.02 g/mol
Sequence
TB-500: Ac-LKKTETQ

Origin

A single research vial with 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500, two lab-made peptides studied mostly in animals for tissue repair. It is the same pairing as BPC-157 / TB-500 FRAG in a much smaller fill.

How it works

It pairs two peptides from animal tissue-repair research: BPC-157 (studied for blood-vessel growth and nitric-oxide effects) and TB-500 (the actin-binding motif of thymosin beta-4). The fixed 1:1 mix means neither can be varied or studied alone.

What the research shows

No study in people has tested the two together, and no animal study of the pair was identified. The only overlap is a knee report of four patients who received BPC-157 with full-length thymosin beta-4, not TB-500. BPC-157 alone has a few small, uncontrolled human reports, and TB-500 has none.

Key studies

  • FDA PCAC Briefing Document, BPC-157, 2026 Adverse-event case of recurring skin and gum darkening from a BPC-157/TB-500 blend.

Safety findings

An FDA adverse-event case describes skin and gum darkening that recurred on re-exposure to a research BPC-157/TB-500 blend; which peptide caused it is unknown. Both peptides show blood-vessel or cell-migration effects in animals, and BPC-157 altered clotting tests and liver enzymes in animal toxicity studies. FDA's immunogenicity concern covers both.

Regulatory status

Neither component is in any approved drug. Both were removed from FDA's Category 2 list in April 2026, and in July 2026 FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8–6–1 for each to recommend 503A bulks listing; the votes are advisory, FDA had issued no final rule as of October 2026, and they concern pharmacy compounding for patients, not research-grade material. WADA prohibits both at all times (BPC-157 under S0, TB-500 under S2).

Catalog notes

Offered as 10/10 mg. Current lot BPCTB20-0803 has a certificate (COA7621, August 17, 2026): 99.78% combined purity, endotoxin <0.05 EU/mL and heavy metals <0.01 ppm, with no sterility result listed. Check the lot's certificate for the exact molecular weights; reference sources list 1419.55 g/mol for BPC-157 and 889.02 g/mol for TB-500; this single-vial blend is in the Repair+ Bundle, not the Wolverine Bundle.
