KITDERMATOLOGICAL RESEARCH
Evidence grade D
Glow Bundle
3 separate vials. Graded as a combination: no study has tested these together.
| In the kit | Evidence |
|---|---|
| GLOW blend 50/10/10 mg (GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500) | Evidence grade D |
| GHK-Cu 100 mg | Evidence grade C / D |
| KPV 10 mg | Evidence grade D |
Overview
Three vials: the GLOW blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial), a separate 100 mg GHK-Cu vial and a 10 mg KPV vial. The components span skin and wound research (GHK-Cu), animal tissue-repair research (BPC-157, TB-500) and inflammation research (KPV). GHK-Cu appears twice, so the kit holds 150 mg of it against 10 mg each of the other three. It contains the same four peptides as the KLOW blend and Klow Elite Bundle, with KPV in its own vial.
What the research shows
The only human skin evidence for any component is GHK-Cu used as a cream, in small, mostly industry-run studies; other forms have no human data. BPC-157 research is mostly rat tendon, gut and wound models with tiny uncontrolled human reports; TB-500 has no human data on the fragment; KPV calmed colitis in mice, mostly given by mouth. No study pairs any of these peptides, and whether GHK-Cu stays stable when mixed with BPC-157 and TB-500 is unstudied.
Safety findings
A clinician reported raised liver enzymes and copper levels in some people who used GHK-Cu outside studies, and BPC-157 raised liver enzymes and shifted a clotting test in animal studies. All four components point the same direction on a theoretical cancer concern (blood-vessel growth, cell migration, mixed lab effects), and FDA flags immune-reaction risk for the research-grade peptides. FDA's adverse-event database includes skin and gum darkening that recurred on re-exposure to a BPC-157/TB-500 blend.
Regulatory status
No component is an approved drug or lawfully compoundable as an injectable. GHK-Cu is legal as a cosmetic ingredient (topical form in Category 1), and is reportedly scheduled for review by FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) by early 2027; BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV each received an advisory 8–6–1 PCAC vote recommending 503A listing in July 2026, but no final rule has followed. BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited at all times by WADA, KPV is likely S0, and GHK-Cu is a gray area.
Catalog notes
All three kit strengths have current certificates: the GLOW blend (COA7598, 99.80% combined; no sterility result listed), GHK-Cu 100 mg (COA7578, 99.86%) and KPV 10 mg (COA7614, 99.73%). Check the GLOW certificate for the exact molecular weights; reference sources list 889 g/mol for TB-500. The blend has a fixed 5:1:1 ratio, and the catalog notes GHK-Cu powder should be blue.
