Overview
Three vials from growth-hormone-axis research: a CJC-1295 No DAC/ipamorelin blend, a separate sermorelin vial and a separate ipamorelin vial, so ipamorelin appears twice. CJC-1295 No DAC is sermorelin with four amino-acid swaps, so the kit holds two GHRH analogs acting on the same receptor, alongside a ghrelin-receptor agonist. The catalog states no rationale for including both GHRH analogs.
What the research shows
GHRH analogs act on the pituitary's GHRH receptor and ipamorelin on the ghrelin receptor; the synergy idea comes from 1990s IV studies of GHRH plus a different ghrelin mimic (GHRP-6), not these molecules. Sermorelin was FDA-approved (Geref) for children with growth hormone deficiency; small adult studies found raised GH and IGF-1 and modest fat reduction, but researchers concluded the data do not support routine use in normal aging. CJC-1295 No DAC has no human data, and no study has tested this kit or any pair within it.
Safety findings
Three secretagogues on one axis stack growth hormone and IGF-1 stimulation, with possible added fluid retention, joint aches and raised glucose, plus a theoretical cancer concern. Ipamorelin's surgical trial showed more high blood sugar (14.3% vs 8.6%) and low potassium (12.5% vs 3.4%) than placebo. FDA lists fast heart rate and flushing for CJC-1295, flushing is listed for sermorelin, and hypothyroidism appeared in 6.5% of children in sermorelin trials.
Regulatory status
CJC-1295 No DAC and ipamorelin are not approved anywhere; FDA advisers voted against compounding both in 2024, and ipamorelin is on the 503B Category 2 safety list. Sermorelin was approved only as Geref (discontinued in 2008 and approval withdrawn in 2009, not for safety or effectiveness reasons) and is compounded only on prescription by pharmacies; a research vial is neither approved nor compounded. All three are prohibited at all times by WADA.
Catalog notes
All kit strengths have certificates: CJC/Ipamorelin 5/5 mg (COA7607, 99.80%; content reported as total peptide), sermorelin 5 mg (COA3372, 99.8%, tested April 3, 2026) and ipamorelin 5 mg (COA7600). The blend has a fixed 1:1 ratio.
