Overview
Three separate vials from aging research in two areas: immune research (thymosin alpha-1) and cellular-energy research (NAD+ and MOTS-c). It overlaps the NAD Stack (with SS-31 replaced by thymosin alpha-1 and half the NAD+) and the Immuno kit (with Thymalin replaced by NAD+). The catalog states no rationale for the grouping.
What the research shows
Thymosin alpha-1 is studied in hepatitis B and C, sepsis, cancer add-on use and vaccine response; small studies in older adults reported better antibody responses to vaccines, but its largest recent trial (1,106 sepsis patients) found no survival benefit. NAD+ levels fall with age in animal work, but IV or injectable NAD+ has no controlled outcome trials. MOTS-c improved insulin resistance and age-related physical decline in mice. No study has tested these together.
Safety findings
Thymosin alpha-1 stimulates immunity, FDA flags immune-reaction risk for it and MOTS-c, and IV NAD+ raised white-cell counts in one pilot, so autoimmune disease, transplants and immunosuppressants are the main theoretical concerns. Injection-site reactions are the most common thymosin alpha-1 effect and occurred in 79% vs 33% with a MOTS-c analog. FDA has linked chills, shaking and vomiting after administration of NAD+ products to bacterial toxin contamination.
Regulatory status
None is FDA-approved, and thymosin alpha-1 (nominated but withdrawn) and MOTS-c (non-binding July 2026 vote, no rule) are not legally compoundable. Thymosin alpha-1 is approved abroad as Zadaxin, and NAD+ is in 503A Category 1, under evaluation. MOTS-c is prohibited at all times by WADA.
Catalog notes
Certificates: thymosin alpha-1 10 mg (COA7585, 99.78%), NAD+ 500 mg (COA7592, 99.78%; no endotoxin or sterility result listed) and MOTS-c 10 mg (COA7589, 99.84%). Buying Prime with NAD Stack or Immuno duplicates MOTS-c plus NAD+ or thymosin alpha-1.
