Overview

Four vials that combine growth-hormone-axis research (a CJC-1295 No DAC/ipamorelin blend plus a second ipamorelin vial) with tissue-repair research (BPC-157 and TB-500). Ipamorelin appears twice, and Ironclad contains everything in the Wolverine Bundle plus the CJC/Ipamorelin blend. One rat cell study found BPC-157 increased growth hormone receptor expression in tendon cells, a cell-culture finding that links the two research areas.

What the research shows

CJC-1295 No DAC is a stabilized GHRH analog and ipamorelin a ghrelin mimic acting on separate pituitary receptors; 1990s studies of GHRH plus a different ghrelin mimic (GHRP-6) showed far more growth hormone released together than apart. BPC-157 is studied mostly in rats for tendon, ligament and gut injury, and TB-500 has animal and cell data on cell migration and wound repair. No human or animal study has tested this kit or any pair within it, and two components have no human data at all.

Safety findings

Two growth hormone-releasing signals plus two peptides that promote blood-vessel growth or cell migration in animals stack a theoretical cancer concern. In ipamorelin's surgical trial, high blood sugar (14.3% vs 8.6%) and low potassium (12.5% vs 3.4%) were more common than placebo. FDA listed fast heart rate and flushing-type reactions for CJC-1295, BPC-157 shifted clotting tests and raised liver enzymes in animal studies, and FDA flags immune-reaction risk for all four research peptides.

Regulatory status

None of the four is approved in any country. FDA advisers voted against compounding ipamorelin (October 2024) and all CJC-1295 forms (December 2024); BPC-157 and TB-500 received favorable advisory votes (8–6–1 each) in July 2026, but no final rule has followed. All four are prohibited at all times by WADA.

Catalog notes

All kit strengths have current certificates: CJC/Ipamorelin 5/5 mg (COA7607, 99.80%; content reported as total peptide), TB-500 10 mg (COA7595), BPC-157 5 mg (COA7609) and ipamorelin 5 mg (COA7600). BPC-157 and TB-500 are separate vials here, not the Wolverine blend, and the CJC/Ipamorelin blend has a fixed 1:1 ratio.
