Overview
Three vials from metabolic research: tirzepatide (the molecule in Mounjaro and Zepbound, a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist), tesamorelin (the molecule in Egrifta, a GHRH analog) and AOD-9604 (a modified growth hormone fragment studied in fat-metabolism research). The catalog states no rationale, and the three have never been studied together. Neither approved molecule is offered here in its approved form.
What the research shows
In SURMOUNT-1, tirzepatide arms reported average weight reductions of 15.0–20.9% over 72 weeks, with about a quarter of the loss lean mass in a DXA substudy. Tesamorelin cut visceral fat 15–18% over 26 weeks in HIV patients, with lean mass up about 1.2–1.3 kg; fat returned after stopping. AOD-9604 increased fat breakdown in obese mice, but its largest human trial (502 randomized, oral, 24 weeks) missed its weight-loss endpoint. No study has tested these together.
Safety findings
Tirzepatide lowers blood sugar while tesamorelin's label warns of glucose intolerance, so the net effect is unpredictable, especially with diabetes or prediabetes; both labels also flag diabetic eye disease. Tesamorelin raised IGF-1 well above normal in many trial participants and is contraindicated with active cancer; tirzepatide carries a boxed warning for rat thyroid C-cell tumors. Tirzepatide's nausea (25–29% vs 8%) and fluid loss contrast with tesamorelin's fluid retention, and AOD-9604 showed liver changes in monkeys.
Regulatory status
AOD-9604 is approved for no use, and FDA advisers voted 12–0 against compounding it. Tirzepatide is approved only as Mounjaro and Zepbound, and FDA has warned sellers of research-use tirzepatide marketed for people; tesamorelin is approved only as Egrifta products to reduce excess abdominal fat in HIV-related lipodystrophy and, as a biologic, cannot be compounded. AOD-9604 and tesamorelin are prohibited at all times by WADA; tirzepatide is permitted and monitored.
Catalog notes
All three kit strengths have current certificates: tirzepatide 10 mg (TIR-0803 series, 99.80%), AOD-9604 5 mg (lot AOD5-0803, 99.78%) and tesamorelin 10 mg (COA7630, 99.79%). Listed storage differs from the approved products: Zepbound is refrigerated and never frozen, and Egrifta WR is kept at room temperature.
